UrbanKeys is engaged in the marketing and sale of land parcels and residential plots. As part of our services, we facilitate the sale of plots and provide basic site-level arrangements such as boundary demarcation, access road allocation, and assistance with mutation and ownership transfer processes.
UrbanKeys does not undertake full-scale infrastructure development or construction activities unless otherwise specified.
These Terms & Conditions apply to:
- UrbanKeys websites and digital platforms
- Social media and online communications
- Sales and customer interactions
- Marketing materials and project information
- Project & Plot Information
All information related to plots—including location, size, layout plans, pricing, and site arrangements—provided on our website or marketing platforms is intended for general informational purposes.
Such information may be:
- Indicative in nature
- Subject to updates or modifications
- Dependent on approvals from relevant authorities
UrbanKeys reserves the right to revise or update such information whenever required.
- Booking & Payment Terms
Plot booking is considered provisional until confirmation through submission of required documentation and payment.
The terms of payment and ownership transfer will be governed by the Agreement for Sale or other legally executed documentation between the buyer and the landowner/company.
Buyers are responsible for paying:
- Applicable stamp duty
- Registration charges
- Government taxes and statutory fees
Failure to adhere to the agreed payment schedule may result in penalties or cancellation as per the agreement terms.
- Legal Compliance
All property transactions facilitated by UrbanKeys are conducted in accordance with applicable laws in India, including:
- Transfer of Property Act, 1882
- Registration Act, 1908
- Indian Stamp Act
- Relevant provisions of the Income Tax Act
- Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 where applicable
- Scope of Services
UrbanKeys may facilitate certain site-level arrangements before transfer of ownership, which may include:
- Boundary demarcation or fencing of the project land
- Allocation of access road space within the layout
- Assistance with mutation and land record updates
- Coordination during the sale deed and registration process
Unless specifically mentioned in written agreements, UrbanKeys does not guarantee the development of utilities, construction services, or township-level infrastructure.
- Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, designs, images, and written content used across UrbanKeys platforms are the intellectual property of UrbanKeys.
Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing such content without prior written permission.
- Third-Party Services
Our platforms may contain links to third-party service providers such as payment gateways or financial institutions. UrbanKeys does not control these external services and is not responsible for their content, policies, or operations.
- Privacy & Data Usage
Information shared with UrbanKeys through enquiry forms, phone calls, emails, messaging platforms, or in-person interactions may be used for:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to UrbanKeys transactions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where the concerned property is located.
